Investing in Play, Building Community
The Maschhoffs Impact is proud to support Hoyleton Youth & Family Services in creating an all-abilities playground—a space where every child can play, connect, and belong. Since 1895, Hoyleton has served Southern Illinois families through programs like foster care, behavioral health, and bilingual services. This playground expands their mission to help all people “realize the wholeness of life that God intends,” building a brighter, more inclusive future for children and families across the region.

Growing Minds in the Heartland
Loess Hills Agriculture in the Classroom (LHAITC) is planting seeds of knowledge across six Iowa counties, engaging over 1,600 students each month through hands-on ag education. Since 2018, more than 1,000 presentations and events have helped students connect science, math, and leadership to agriculture’s real-world impact. Led by Education Program Coordinator Alayna Hansen, LHAITC brings the farm to the classroom—bridging the gap between students and agriculture. Through The Maschhoffs Impact, we’re proud to support this vital work inspiring the next generation of ag leaders.

A Pantry with Purpose
What began as a humble cupboard in the basement of What Cheer Methodist Church has grown into the Tri-County Food Pantry—now serving over 600 families and distributing more than 21,000 lbs. of food since opening its new building in September 2024. Today, the need continues—not for space, but for sustainability. With local layoffs and rising food insecurity, the pantry is seeking donations to help purchase perishable food and meet ongoing demand through the next year. Through The Maschhoffs Impact, we are proud to stand alongside this vital community resource, helping ensure no neighbor goes hungry.
Cultivating Future Leaders in Animal Agriculture!
The Maschhoffs Impact is proud to support Iowa State University’s Block and Bridle Club as they cultivate future leaders in animal agriculture! 🐄🐖🐐 Through a full calendar of hands-on events—from national conventions and competitive livestock shows to community outreach and career networking—Block and Bridle provides students with unmatched opportunities to grow their skills, make industry connections, and serve their communities. Our support helps ensure these experiences continue to inspire and equip the next generation of ag professionals.

Supporting Illinois Skillathon Success
The Maschhoffs Impact is proud to support Illinois Skillathon Supporters in providing hands-on livestock and ag education for youth. As a nonprofit, the group will share a detailed budget and year-end report to track impact through participation and contest results. With our support, they’ll explore cost-effective tools—like 3D-printed meat cuts and breed models—to improve contests and reduce waste. Funding will also help purchase teaching aids for ear notching, vaccinations, and animal anatomy, and create age-specific kits for local events. Together, we’re investing in the next generation of ag leaders through real-world learning.

Planting Seeds for Tomorrow with IKM Manning FFA
The Maschhoffs Impact is proud to support the IKM Manning FFA Greenhouse Project with a $5,000 donation! This initiative enhances agricultural education by providing hands-on learning opportunities and fostering community partnerships. We’re honored to celebrate this milestone with the IKM Manning FFA team and look forward to seeing the greenhouse take root and thrive!
